The CSR is responsible for providing professional customer support to our outside sales force, along with collaborating directly with our customer base. The candidate is responsible for entering price quotes, orders, and helping with product specifications.
The Customer Service Representative will work directly with our outside sales force and customers.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant office experience required.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of basic office procedures and customer service skills required.
Computer literate, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, intermediate Excel skills required.
Strong email and telephone skills, with ability to manage high volume.
Excellent English language communication and listening skills.
Excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
Must possess high diligence and order entry accuracy.
Must be able to always maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
Must be able to work in a dynamic office environment and get along well with others.
Required to sit for extended periods of time working at a computer station.
SAP ERP software experience is a plus.
Gaming Manufacturing experience preferred.
Casino industry knowledge is a plus.
Must Pass background and drug screen.
